As the renowned writer and producer Issa Rae once said, “There’s so much creativity in brokenness. Brokenness will have you making it work.” These words resonate deeply with my own journey and my calling as a certified NLP Life Coach. Through my experience, I have discovered that my most significant accomplishments were born from the fragments of my broken self. Embracing these pieces, accepting them, and learning to love all of me has allowed me to give myself fully and unapologetically to the world.

Life hasn’t always been smooth sailing for me. There have been times of profound struggle and heartache, times when the world seemed too overwhelming, too daunting.
